Workday and Kainos selected to transform and future-proof operations at Autism Plus
Autism Plus, a charity that supports adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs has chosen Workday to help manage their finance and human capital operations.
And at Kainos, we 're delighted to partner with Autism Plus to implement Workday within the charity, using our Workday expertise to help it transform its operations and take a fast, efficient and data-driven approach to growth.
Founded in 1986, Autism Plus provides residential and supported living services as well as a number of social enterprises in Yorkshire, England. Autism Plus has grown rapidly from an annual turnover of £2 million in 2005 to £14 million in 2019, allowing the charity to support more people with autism, neuro diverse conditions and other disabilities.
Why Autism Plus chose Workday:
- With insights at their fingertips, managers will be able to more effectively run the financial side of the business while growing, developing, and retaining their most valuable resource their people.
- By moving from multiple disparate systems to one system across the organisation, leaders can access both financial and people data in one place, providing them with the most up-to-date metrics on the business.
- Autism Plus will be able to use built-in reporting and analytics to equip leaders with real-time, actionable insights that will enable them to more quickly and confidently make informed decisions that drive business value.
'Workday provides us with a platform so we can carry on growing quickly. With Workday, we will be able to automate and digitise a lot of time-consuming tasks within the company. We 'll become more data-driven in all aspects of our operations, with the end result of helping us to improve and expand a number of the services we offer to those who need our support," said Philip Bartey, Group Chief Executive at Autism Plus.
